Tri for the “Y”

Proceeds benefit YMCA of Rome.

Race includes a 10 minute indoor pool swim, 20 minute stationary bike, and a 15 minute treadmill run, all within the YMCA. The first wave will begin at 8 a.m. and will continue every 30 minutes until 11:30 am. Relay teams are welcome and will begin at noon. The race is open to anyone 13-years-old and older.

Entry fees are $25 for YMCA of Rome members and $35 for non-members. The race is limited to 64 individuals and 8 relay teams.
